At West Boldon Primary, we believe that every pupil’s voice matters. We actively encourage students to share their ideas, opinions, and feedback through regular class discussions, school council meetings, suggestion boxes, and pupil surveys. Staff listen carefully to what pupils say and take their views seriously, using them to shape decisions and make improvements across the school. By involving pupils in this way, we help them feel valued, confident, and empowered to make a difference in their school community.
Team Communicators
Team Communicators (or School Council) play a crucial role in advocating for pupil voice, encouraging teamwork, and fostering a culture of trust and open communication.
These communicators act as a bridge between students and staff, ensuring that pupils’ opinions are heard and valued. They encourage collaboration among students, helping them work together effectively and build stronger relationships. By actively seeking and promoting feedback, team communicators help create a culture of continuous improvement.
Their efforts in building trust and open communication between pupils and staff contribute to a positive, supportive school environment where everyone feels engaged and empowered.
