Class 3 have been learning about the palaeontologist Mary Anning as part of our topic ‘Jurassic Hunter’. We found out about the 5.2m long fossil that she discovered and estimated how long we thought that would be, then checked the length using a metre ruler and compared our estimates. We had great fun finding out how many of us it would take to make up the length of the fossil!
