Nursery Opening September 2025!

24th October 2024Fiona Goodwin

Exciting news! We’re opening a Nursery in September 2025!

After listening to the feedback and requests from many of our wonderful parents, we are thrilled to announce that we will be opening a brand-new nursery for 3-4 year olds starting in September 2025!

We believe that early years education is a vital foundation for children’s future success, and we are excited to extend our nurturing and supportive learning environment to even younger learners.

Our nursery will offer a safe, stimulating and caring space where your little ones can explore, grow and develop through play-based learning, guided by our experienced early years staff.

If you’re interested in registering your child, we will be opening

our registration for interest next week!

We can’t wait to welcome your little ones into our school family!

Please share this great news with all your friends and family.

Outdoor Maths Fun!

24th October 2024Fiona Goodwin

Today in the outdoor classroom ARC 1 explored numbers in such a creative way. Using chalk and stones the children built part-whole models for numbers up to 10, helping them visualise and understand number relationships. We emphasised the use of mathematical language throughout, reinforcing key concepts. ARC 1 also got to tap into their artistic side, using natural materials from the environment to create beautiful, unique artwork. It was a wonderful blend of nature, learning and creativity, and the students loved it!

KS2 Art Club Update

16th October 2024Fiona Goodwin

Our budding artists are travelling the world through Art! Last week, we honed our sketching and shading skills to draw majestic Antarctic seals. Today, we explored vibrant traditional African patterns and created unique borders, before sketching African animals using our developing drawing techniques.

Next week, it’s all about colour! We’ll bring our sketches to life with oil pastels, then dive under the sea to discover even more amazing animals.
