This week in Year 3, we’ve been working from home! The children have been accessing their work via Seesaw. Some children used the Seesaw tools to answer their questions directly on their devices, while others chose to use pencil and paper and upload a photo.
The Year 3 staff are all incredibly proud of the children’s efforts!
Take a look at some of our amazing work from this week:
A fact file about Usain Bolt for our Science topic: How does Usain Bolt move so quickly?

Examples of our daily gratitude journals. Being at home is a great opportunity to think about all of the things we are grateful for.

We are flying through our Place Value unit of work in maths! We’ve been watching the White Rose videos to help us answer the questions in fluency, and showing off our incredible understanding in reasoning and problem solving challenges.
In DT we’ve been looking at examples of Stone Age settlements as part of our topic: How did the Early Britons make shelters?
And finally, we’ve been producing some fantastic Stone Age inspired cave art!
